Mine is now preparing to ship but still says Tuesday. The 12”s are now also saying the same date (they were still saying ‘delivery tomorrow’ up until an hour ago).

Pretty frustrating, especially as I pay for Prime. If they are coming from distance, they should’ve really dispatched earlier, to get them to us on release day.

But, I guess, it is what it is. I can wait.

You never know, they might arrive tomorrow.
Maybe it’s a case of under-promising/over-delivering.

A rare ‘glass half full’ moment from me. I’m sure that’ll change by tomorrow.

Weirdly, the 12”s are still due on 27/01/23.

My Amazon has said 31 Jan for months. Sometimes it just ships on time anyway, but it's rather odd given that it lists the release date as 27th in the listing.

As anticipated, my box has now despatched and is due tomorrow by 10pm (I'm in UK). 12" not yet shipped but saying delivery due tomorrow.

Wonder if they were maybe managing expectations with the slightly delayed estimate of 31 Jan until they received the stock?

Well, that is a bit reassuring.
And was yours ordered via Amazon UK?

Mine still not dispatched and still saying Tuesday.
Hopefully, once it does leave the warehouse, the date will be updated to tomorrow.

Well, no.

But it’s a lot of money.
In my case, I pay for Prime too and, at the time of booking, there was an indication that I would get it on release day.

If it’s been delayed due to the strikes, I can accept it. But if it’s just a case of them not planning accordingly for items stored at distance, I think that’s not great customer service.

It’s not the end of the world, granted, but it’s still a bit annoying. And I think, having spent £160 for the box and 12”s, plus £80 for Prime, I think I’m justified in being a tad vexed with Amazon.

And, anyway, what else are we to discuss whilst we wait? I like a good moan, me. 😁

well, lets see:

the movement boxset - april 2019 - 14 pages of discussion - page 9 is when people started the 'its shipping' discussions
i ended up getting it in jan of 2020 - of course i heard everything when it was released except for the dvd tracks.

so it was mostly speculation, came out, then a few pages about the tracks.



the power corruption and lies boxset - october 2020 - 21 pages of discussion - page 16 is when people talked about shipping
i ended up getting it in february of 2021 - again heard everything when released

again, mostly speculation, and then a few more pages of discussion about the tracks

so i figure there will a few more pages of, 'its shipping', it's not here, etc.
then about 3-4 pages of actual discussion, and that will be it, before we move onto brotherhood speculation for the next year or two.

we are that predictable.

Mine still hasn’t dispatched. But I’m not panicking. Most of the time, I get dispatch notifications late at night for delivery the next day.

It’s just that Tuesday date that’s a bit annoying.

Spare a thought for me. I've only recently bought Movement for £75 which is a price I think is reasonable. Maybe PCL later this year and LL in 2025 haha.
