The list is out for 2017. The website is slow as hell right now, so you may be better off using their PDF rather than trying to negotiate 19 pages of slow-loading pretty pictures.
When you get to page 41 of the PDF (actually page 16 now - 20/04/17), get ready for a heavy dose of The Light. Nine - count 'em- records of his live gigs on grey, red, white and blue vinyl.
Hooky certainly hasn't shied away from the opportunity to make a few quid here.
Although I've enjoyed his live gigs in the past, I suspect I would be less forgiving of his vocal growl on record. I'll be giving these a miss.

Some articles about "the best stuff" in RSD17 can be found here:
BBC
NME (full list here as well)
and that's enough spoon-feeding for now.

He seems to be splitting a gig across two, purchased-separately discs. Naughty.

Why do people get so annoyed about everything Hooky does... it's simple, if you don't like it, don't buy it.

So Banquet Records has 8 of the 9 RSD records in stock at the mo. I had assumed they were a tenner per vinyl, but in fact they were £20 each. So that's £180 for all nine.
Of course each of the four gigs is coming out on CD (one per gig) at about a tenner a throw, which is far more reasonable. Or you can stream them all for free HERE.

(Looks like they fixed Linus' download find though.)

nternational Vinyl Day. I whole-heartedly support this worthy cause. Fuck famine relief, fuck blocking the terrorists, fuck freeing political prisoners - let's channel our energies into saving this total and utter shite pile of crappy crinkly crankly bollocks that sounds even worse the more you play it and even at first it sounded like anal with a vampire bat, 8756978408758054930 pubic miles' storage space per 5 secs and it's still fucking awful, my parents liked it well so fucking what, they're your parents, wtf do they know. they have to have shit taste in music it's their job, my dad thought Paul fucking Simon was Jimi Hendrix. Let's open a petition on Change.org, spend 87965465370508749764p0 quid for half a billisec I could hear for free on Yoube in the midst of the worst European crisis since Bros like Paul McCartney ain't got enough momney for doing fuck all anyway already. Fuck you, record day. Really. Fuck you.

The Light live are awesome - atmosphere, quality of playing, energy - but strip that away and you have carbon copies of the originals but with the Hookie Monster on ''''''''''vocals''''''''''. If they were charity releases...

The Charity is Hooky's I'LL SUE THE BASTARDS fund. :)

I listened to the UP + Closer sets today. Despite the fact they are the 8,9,and 10th live releases from Hooky, they're pretty good. Not sure about his vocals on some of the songs. And if anyone can get Rowetta to shut the hell up, please do.
