I'm familiar with Sensoria from hearing it in DJ sets by the likes of Erol Alkan and the Chems. But overall my awareness of the Cabs was pretty low. I guess you have to seek them/him out, as the mainstream isn't likely to deliver the Cabs to the ears of the casual listener.
Joe Muggs did an informative obit on Kirk in
The Guardian, and even squeezes in a New Order mention.
There's no mention of how he died. I'm guessing this wasn't expected as he still seemed to be releasing new stuff.
