Plus the usual Joy Division stuff:
28th September Koko
29th Albert Hall, Manchester
30th O2 ABC Glasgow
I might go but I really don't like Koko as a venue, the last few times, its either been so packed you can't get anywhere the stage to see whats going on, or there have been loads of wankers in attendance.

Thanks for the heads up, thought this would be coming soon. 30 years next year (can you believe 30 years have passed) warm up for the big celebration next year.
Going to Manchester if I get tickets. Not been to the Albert Hall looks really good. Done by the same people as Deaf Institute and Gorilla two of my favourite venues

100% convinced this tour will hit the US as a 30th Anniversary Technique tour.
The "Republic" portion will be interesting ; it'll see the first live performances of "Spooky", "Young Offender", "Liar", "Chemical" and "Times Change."
Also curious to see how they will tackle "Avalanche", seen as its an O2 track.
I bet "World In Motion" and "TBTHOG" will turn up in the setlist, possibly with a revamped "Blue Monday 1988" in there.

Going to the Manchester Albert Hall show, I haven't been to Manchester for a couple of years and I'll make a proper weekend of it - the Albert Hall can't be any worse than Koko (can it?)

Hopefully it'll come to Rome too. I missed the last one cos no one gives a fuck why. Their best album alongside arguably their worst... Round and Round plus Dream Attack, and later Liar plus Chemical. But I'm sure that Hooky, like me during the Spice Girls reunion, will pull it off. They were dubious about Unknown Pleasures and I've yet to read a bad review.

Trainspunker fact: Times Change is in the MILF setlist, but I think it's just an instrumental. It actually made me laugh to Imagine The Hookie Monster crooning Liar, but the Light have yet to give a duff gig so we'll see. The Happy One and Vicious Circle would be, um, interesting too. Remove Avaprance as O2 and half of Repubelic was played in 93: Regret, Poohed on in a day. World, Everyone Everywhere, Speckled. Edited by user 18 February 2018 06:55:02(UTC)

Well , while Bernard is working out hard and getting limber and agile with gymnastics , Peter is also superbusy. The T and R shows just have to be recorded and released soon. |

Sure there'll be at least a couple of these shows recorded, and flogged at the shows further down the line.

He joked once 2 decades ago that he jogged 20 miles a day. I think maybe his body began to expand , but he kept his unique way of groove dancing. Bernard does not ever emote or emote dance - he is true and honest and heartfelt , but he likely does not feel anything . He may be in another dimension . At Montreaux,'93, he was in a trance and it came out better than awesome . |

I have a spare ticket to The Peter Hook & The Light show in Boston tomorrow October 26 (the missus finds his shows too long these days). It's GA and I can transfer the ticket thru ticketmaster or email you the PDF. Call it $37, my cost, thru venmo or something like that - which seems to be $19 less than what they're charging to get in now. lostsiren [at] riverleap.com

I'll drop the price of my spare ticket to $20, or, considering if you're reading this, you';re a true fan, a beer or two inside. I hope he shows up - his twitter header photo has the wrong date for the Boston show!
