Hi et bonne année aussi.
Pour le titre??? c'est pas le jam avec SECTION 25 car il me semble entendre 2 voix??? Mais je ne suis pas sûr.

j'ai aussi cru reconnaître la voix de Larry Cassidy de S25. Chose surprenante que de le voir débouler au milieu du set de JD pour improviser. Donc : peut être ce titre était joué en fin de concert ou a t il du palier a une défection momentané de Ian Curtis ?

il y a GIRLS DON'T COUNT et GIMME YOUR HEART qui ont été joués avec Section 25 mais c'était le 11/08/79 (ERIC'S à LIVERPOOL): je ne sais pas si ce titre est en fait tiré de ce concert, il y a peut être une erreur de date, il faut que je réécoute le live du 11/08/79 pour savoir si c'est la même chose....

Oui JD a partagé très souvent l'affiche avec Section 25 suite a la production du premier 45t par Gretton et Curtis.
J'ai ré écouté le morceau inconnu et suis sur d'une chose : la guitare sonne comme sur les disques de Section 25 et je peux affirmer que c'est Paul Wiggin qui en joue sur ce titre. Peut être qu'en fait il s'agit d'un live de Section 25 avec Curtis et Cassidy au chant. La batterie sonne par contre comme celle de Morris.

Merci pour vos avis. Il y a en effet 2 voix. La date du Band on the Wall est incertaine, mais un flyer indique 2 choses : 13/03/1979, et scène partagée avec un groupe nommé The Fireplace. Section 25 n'y apparaît pas.
Je précise qu'il n'est pas certain que le mystérieux morceau ait été enregistré lors dudit concert, car la qualité du son de l'ensemble de mon bootleg est nettement moins bonne à partir de Disorder. Ce qui peut signifier que ma source disposait de 2 enregistrements, l'un comprenant les 6 premières chansons jouées au Band on the Wall (auxquelles le morceau mystères aurait été ajouté, peut-être par erreur), l'autre comprenant les 4 derniers titres interprétés ce jour-là (de Disorder à Sister Ray). Bref, l'énigme demeure complète...

je croyais que c'était le concert avec S25 au ERIC'S à LIVERPOOL (11/08/79) mais bon je m'incline, Marko est la référence sur JOY DIVISION et son site est vraiment très bien, la référence !Smile
