I've just bought a programme and have been having a bit of an experiment with it. It looks like I might be able to download from iPlayer. I've given it a bit of a go but just need to fiddle around with it a bit. It downloads and I can play it using the programme, but it won't open in other players without me "converting" it (to the same format) first, weirdly. Strange thing is, it initially downloads as an 'mp4' but then I need to "convert" it again to another 'mp4'. I've no idea why other players will play the second mp4, but not the initial one. Very odd. However, once I've got it cracked, I won't need to ask people on here to record it for me, and can share the file to others myself. Thanks once again for the share / upload.
