I'm up for them adding more Technique tracks to the set but am sceptical that they'll do a full-on LP tour. Barney is always going on about wanting to "look forward, not back".
Another issue is that Hooky is already on the case. Unless they want to steal his thunder, I don't see it happening.

Somebody is mixing up Peter Hook and the Light with New Order.
New Order have said over and over again, they don’t plan that far in advance.

Elliot Eastwick knows the difference between the two. He used to be a Hacienda DJ and went to almost every night of the Grenada studios gigs last year. He also claims NO are his favourite band. However Mr Eastwick is also an absolute wind up merchant. Especially on twitter. I tend to take everything he says with a large pinch of salt. *EDIT*: Here are his tweets:
