The video is much closer to the Rhythm Is A Dancer video, Electronic got the same guy to do the video. Watch them one after the other, it's surprising how similar they are but I wouldn't say it's cheap or a rip off. Both are good.
I think the Restless video was inspired by Game Of Thrones and didn't take much creativity to come up with. It's mostly a bunch of cliches chained together. The open field scene I suspect is only there for the horse to be shown galloping
