It is indeed a good song. I think it's a good song. Some people think it's not so good though. That's why these lists are a waste of time. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, or in this case the ear. Everyone has different tastes and that's why there will never be a definitive "greatest" list, thank god. If we all had the same tastes it would be a rather boring world, and that's why these lists change, as they're normally compiled with a personal influence, and those influences change. It doesn't really mean anything. Although if it had been posted by The Daily Mail I would have actually believed it. I'm so much more sceptical of The Telegraph. What a pile of steaming gorilla shit these lists are. 'Where does David Bowie rank?' In the bathroom, like evewyone else. Recently FHM (so it must be true) had the top 100 ladies. No Melanie C or Cameron Diaz, which was bad enough, but yes to Nicki Minaj, the only ''''''lady'''''' you could do up the butt and she wouldn't notice. What next, Gillian Gilbert a pin-up? But yeah, it's nice to see JD up there. LWTUA has been played to death though and when I first played it to a mate, he said, 'Sounds like Gary Numan.' Harrumph.

At #61 is Robbie Williams.
On May 7th 2015, The Daily Telegraph published the headline: Don't do something you later regret.
I thank goodness I don't believe in party politics at all - I'd have had a stroke in anger by now otherwise... |
