Los Angeles( Not "LA" People who say LA are the same twats that call Glastonbury "Glasto") in 1984 i think. The forever eternally cool Joanne is wearing ultra cool shades on the pier.Introduced by the sadly and greatly missed Laura Brannigan

Joanne is yet again eternally cool in shades on the pier.Susan Sulley is just Susan Silly trying to give it loads and yet failing and flailing against the wind. Joanne, as ever, knows where it's at and wins yet again in the cool stakes.Joanne 2 Susan 0. "And where there used to be some shops" Genius lyric that,Phil.

Do Or Die on OTT, January 1982.I actually remember watching this in my pyjamas at the time and distinctly recall i kept nearly nodding off as the song seemed to go on for hours and yet this clip reveals the performance was only three and a half minutes or so.Odd.One Friday night just after New Year 1982. Yet again Joanne wins again in the cool stakes.Christ, what is it with these two? Joanne has a nice top on and sexy shorts.Susan has a dress on that she probably just grabbed at the last minute.Joanne 3 Susan 0.

Phil lets Joanne sing with him on the mic but not Susan.Phil was always a twat but at least he knew Joanne was always by far the coolest. Silly Susan Sulley over compensates to try and grab attention by dancing stupidly. Joanne 4 Susan 0.Game over.Check out Joanne's red dress (Susan by comparison is dressed in some cheap bland garb) and make-up,Wow Joanne is just pure, unremarkable British, dreary suburbian yet hot as fuck SEX.And i'll take that type of woman rather than yer Rhiannas or your Beyonce's any day thankyou very much.

Ok, i've been very harsh on Susan .Tell you what, how about this clip.I like this ,they all seem happy, equal and united in this one, all lined up in line (so that'll be all in a line then) and giving it the big party massive.Which is what i think is something we all need and should strive for in this day and age, hmmmmk? 2 points to Phil for kro bar-ing in the word ( is there such a word?) "Happenstance" to the lyrics. (Joanne still wins it in sexy short leather skirt though. But Susan does put a brave fight with her funky hat)

Not bad though. Sounds similar to tracks from the 2008 Cut Copy album In Ghost Colours, though the chords are a little one-dimensional. Still a pleasant listen, even with the scary video! Lol.Embed not working but it makes it look like i'm the one who's not doing it properly.Story of my life.I mean, i am always right of course but it's just others (actually, very clever) stupidity that makes me look like i'm doing it wrong.Did you understand that? Probably not but never mind. You are quite (probably unintentionally) clever in your stupidity.I salute you.
