ok, i've finished compiling and uploading the PDF. you will probably need a free account from 4shared to get it. the original scan was done at 600dpi, PNG. i've reduced it by 50%, and saved it JPG. Increased the contrast, and cropped pages. there are some skewed pages. it totals 61 pages. also, if there are missing pages, they were blank originally.
