How are you all coping with September? I find ,and have often found it, a month of renewal and a fresh start somehow.Which is strange and maybe odd considering it kind of signposts that the year is getting old.

Strange fact
from Wiki
"September begins on the same day of the week as December every year, because there are 91 days separating September and December, which is a multiple of seven (the number of days in the week). No other month ends on the same day of the week as September in any year"

I'll get it eventually, i'm just a little slow sometimes. It's actually probably all too simple and that's the problem i have sometimes, overlooking the quite simplest of equations.I understand metaphors over mathematics every time. Edited by user 16 September 2013 06:10:53(UTC)

Took almost half of the month but the heat wave finally ended a few days ago and it feels nice outside. Been a good month. Kids settled in at school, American football season began and got a new puppy to replace the dog we lost in July. I think I shed more tears over the dog than did over my grandmother's death. Like losing a child. 13.5 years, older than my youngest child. Now dealing with a 6 week old Great Pyrenees puppy--nocturnal land teething land shark.

I think i've got it.For example September 2013 ends on a Monday. No other month this year ends on a Monday.Next year September will end on a Tuesday but no other month will end on a Tuesday and so on and so on.I think that's it, yeah? Only took me two days to work that out
