Wow, I just read that when they did this song on their "European tour" in Glasgow Barney sung instead of Neil Tennant. Is there any evidence of a recording of this somewhere? Was anyone there? How was it? I need to know more! Edited by user 11 May 2013 19:15:44(UTC)

Yes, this is true. I was there at the Barrowlands fo this one. If my memory serves me correctly, this performance with Bernard on vocals was long before the single came out with Neil's vocals. I think Neil (and Chris Lowe) performed with Electronic at the London gig. I had a bootleg of tthe Glasgow gig on cassette (quality poor) but not sure if I still do.

I was at the London 12.91 gig and the Pets joined them for Patience..., GAWI and Disappointed, which Neil introduced as 'the new Electronic song' (a mere 6 months before it came out - maybe cos it's Summery?). Neil was singing that night anyway, plus I heard 'em rehearse several million times earlier. Edited by user 12 May 2013 02:55:23(UTC)
