I just noticed on Spotify, New Order added Fine Time Nolan Remix.
It’s ok, it’s not the worst.

Oh yeah, looks like it's actually spelt Nollan. From Facebook: "XMOD's first release of 2019. This one is available next Tuesday [now, last Tuesday]. This one is from our Brazilian master Nollan. He has taken his own killer approach to a classic New Order track from the Technique album. This is Fine Time (Nollan Remix). Get it were ever [that's not how you spell wherever] digital music is sold Tuesday." From Beatport: "Nollan is back on XMOD with this electro house rework of a New Order classic from the Technique album. His driving grooves make this one a must have in your electro house collection". (ok, boring blurbs, but they seem to confirm that it's not a bootleg) Video:
Buy from: BeatportJuno DownloadI like the reworked synth bass intro, but just as Bernard's main vocal seems to be kicking in...it doesn't really. So it's sort of a dub with just bits of pitched down vocals smattered here and there. It's kinda sorta good, and hints at what a good 2019 remix could sound like. Maybe.

Yep, that pretty much sums it up for me too.It gets better after the start I thought, sounded like it was just going to be a generic EDM track at first but it improved.

Was still sort of holding out hope for the rumoured ( not really)30th anniversary Technique remix album. The announcement of the Movement box makes it even less likely. This release has could mean: A) Tracks are being commissioned and the project is on. B) The project is off so the finished ones will just trickle out as downloads. C) Nothing.

Available to buy (WAV) for just over a quid on Juno Download. I will reserve judgement (if) I buy it but the artwork has been butchered something rotten. Is this official? It feels semi-official at best.

Generic BS. Not bad, but a really good remix would cater for the ALFOS/World Unknown/EBM scene.
This doesn't do much really.

.WAV downloaded. I'd play it on the radio show at uni if I was still doing it, but once the vocal comes in, it descends into pop-EDM dross. Not playing this at the club, though. And that sleeve art...
